Location: Rockwell
Dollar General - - Responsibilities:
Recruit, select and retain qualified employees and ensure the store is properly staffed.;
Provide training, conduct performance evaluations, and address gaps through coaching or termination when needed.;
Open and close the store regularly (personally open at least two times per week and close at least two times per week).;
Monitor operating statements to identify sales trends, profitability, turnover, and inventory management issues and adjust ordering plans weekly.;
Maintain accurate inventory and ensure proper merchandising, pricing, signage, and cashier accountability with strict cash control.
