Overview

Assistant Manager at GPM Investments, LLC. High‑energy convenience store. Open availability required.

• Support the Store Manager in day‑to‑day operations.
• Operate the register with speed, accuracy, and a positive attitude.
• Coach and motivate team members to upsell products and promotions.
• Hire, train, and lead a high‑performing customer‑service team.
• Act as manager when the Store Manager is off.
• Handle inventory, ordering, and merchandising to keep the store fully stocked.
• Maintain a clean, welcoming store—including restrooms, trash areas, and fuel pumps.
• Create and manage team schedules to ensure full coverage.
• Perform daily cash handling, deposits, and oversee store financials.
• Provide feedback and leadership that motivates the team to excel.

• Open availability: weekends, holidays, and second or third shifts.
• Reliable transportation: valid driver’s license, personal vehicle, and proof of insurance.
• Physical readiness: comfortable cleaning restrooms, taking out trash, and maintaining outside areas like pumps.
• Minimum age: 18+ years old in AR, CT, FL, LA, MI, MA, MS, MO, NC, SC, TX, TN, AZ, CO; 21+ in all other states.
• Communication skills: proficient in English with basic math skills.
• Pass pre‑employment screenings: drug test and background check required.
• Willing to learn: especially in Tennessee, where Topshelf Manager training is required.

• Weekly pay: $12 an hour.
