Store Crew role at 7-Eleven
. This entry-level position offers both full-time and part-time opportunities to fit your schedule. Responsibilities include cash handling, fuel transactions, cleaning, and stocking, with some food service positions handling food prep and food service safety. The store team provides camaraderie and positive customer interactions. While prior cashier, customer service, retail, or food service experience is helpful, it is not required. A positive attitude and our training programs will prepare you to excel in the role.

• Handle cash and fuel transactions, clean and stock the store, and maintain a welcoming environment.
• Assist in food service tasks where applicable, including food prep and following food service safety guidelines.
• Provide friendly, helpful customer service and support a positive store atmosphere.

• Cash handling, customer service, retail or food service experience is helpful but not required.
• Positive attitude; training programs will prepare you to excel in the role.
• Ability to follow health code guidelines and maintain a clean, safe environment.
• Ability to multi-task, stand, bend, reach, and occasionally lift up to 50 pounds.

• A desire for meeting and exceeding customer expectations on every visit.
• Commitment to maintaining a clean, safe environment so the store is always customer-ready.
• Ability to ensure proper food preparation and presentation, including making coffee for customers.
• Excellence in cash handling, fuel transactions, and promoting our rewards loyalty program.
• Ability to follow proper health code guidelines.
• The ability to multi-task, perform repeated bending, standing, and reaching, and occasionally lifting up to 50 pounds.
