The Field Activity Support Team (FAST) Team Member is responsible for traveling within an assigned district to complete tasks such as planograms, merchandise and fixture assembly, and signage maintenance. The FAST Team Member interacts with customers and Team Members to deliver a Legendary Customer Experience.

• Maintain regular attendance and work varied hours, including nights and overtime as needed.
• Communicate proactively with the District FAST Supervisor about work progress and issues.
• Complete planograms, resets, and store layout initiatives accurately and timely.
• Maintain visual merchandise standards and perform store-specific measurements.
• Complete cycle counts and the Tractor Way top cap process.
• Hang signage, assemble merchandise and fixtures, and review planogram integrity.
• Deliver Legendary Customer Service through GURA:
  Greet, Uncover needs, Recommend solutions, and Add value.
• Ensure a differentiated shopping experience for customers.
• Provide peak coverage during key times (e.g., Day After Thanksgiving).
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Prior retail and/or merchandising experience is required. Knowledge in farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding is preferred. Must be 18+ with a valid driver’s license. High school diploma or equivalent is preferred but not required; ability to read, write, and count accurately is essential.

• Knowledge in farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding fields.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
• Basic computer skills.
• Self-directed with minimal supervision.

• Primarily indoor with moderate noise; outdoor lots with hard surfaces.
• Shifts from 4 to over 8 hours; travel between stores using personal vehicle.
• Adherence to safety guidelines and a safe work environment.

• Ability to travel, lift up to 50 pounds, and push/pull merchandise up to 2,000 pounds with equipment.
• Frequent standing, kneeling, reaching, and climbing.
• Operate store equipment and communicate effectively.
