Entry Level Sales Position
:
Supports the DIY business, achieving sales and service objectives. Requires knowledge of store systems, basic automotive and parts knowledge, ability to source from internal and external suppliers, familiarity with inventory and maintenance processes. Positions may be part‑time or full‑time.
Fleet safety certification is preferred.

• Provide an excellent selling experience for DIY customer visits and phone calls
• Achieve personal sales goals and help store meet sales objectives
• Offer DIY services such as battery installation, testing, wiper installs, etc.
• Maintain store product and operational standards
• Handle inventory processes including truck put‑away, shoot‑outs, cycle counts, back‑stock, etc.

Entry Level Delivery Position
:
Delivers parts to commercial customers and supports inventory tasks. Positions may be part‑time or full‑time. Must hold fleet safety certification.

• Safely deliver parts to customers as needed
• Pick and stage parts for customer orders
• Pick up returns and cores
• Drop off weekly/monthly sales flyers
• Collect daily credit accounts

• Basic driving and navigation skills
• Proficiency with delivery board system
• Friendly and effective communication
• Ability to locate and stock parts
• Safety knowledge and practices
• Competence with inventory systems and store equipment
• Parts and automotive system knowledge
• POS and parts lookup proficiency
• Expertise with testing and diagnostic equipment for DIY services

• Fluent in English (Spanish a plus); communicate effectively and build relationships with customers, peers, and management
• Read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating instructions, parts catalogs, and procedure manuals
• Use basic math accurately: add, subtract, multiply, divide in all units of measure
• Work assorted days, evenings, and weekends as required

• 2–3 years of successful sales experience in a diverse retail environment with superior customer service (for Salesperson)
• Automotive parts experience and certifications, licenses, registrations, valid driver’s license, fleet safety certification (for Driver)

The role requires predominantly walking or standing, using hands and fingers, reaching, climbing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, crawling. Frequently lift or move up to 50 pounds and occasionally up to 100 pounds. Requires close, distance, color, and depth vision, and ability to adjust focus.

Typically inside but occasionally outside; exposure to various weather conditions during tasks like installing batteries and wiper blades. May encounter moving mechanical parts, high or precarious places, toxic chemicals, electrical shock risk, explosives, vibration. Noise level typically moderate.
