• Leadership in customer service, training, and coaching alongside the Store Leader.
• Experience in employee retention, leadership development, and empowering staff.
• Ability to support merchandising and marketing programs.
• Competency in cash handling, fuel transactions, and loyalty promotion.
• Maintaining a clean, safe environment following health and sanitation procedures.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel.
• High School diploma or GED preferred, or at least one year of retail management experience.
• Valid Driver’s License with automotive liability insurance.
• Ability to multitask, perform physical activities, and lift up to 50 pounds.
