The High Volume FAST Team Member is responsible for working as part of the Field Activity Support Team (FAST), primarily in a single store, to execute tasks such as planograms, signage, price changes, and physical inventories. They also support merchandise and fixture assembly, and signage maintenance. The role involves interacting with customers and team members to deliver a Legendary Customer Experience.

As a High Volume FAST Team Member, you should be available, flexible, adaptable, and service-oriented.

Responsibilities include:

• Maintaining regular and predictable attendance.
• Working scheduled shifts Monday through Thursday, unless business needs dictate otherwise.
• Proactively communicating with the District FAST Supervisor about work progress and issues.
• Completing planograms, resets, and store measurements accurately and timely.
• Performing store inventory counts and cycle counts.
• Completing the Tractor Way top cap process.
• Executing store price changes and signage hanging, including circulars and specials.
• Assembling merchandise, fixtures, and PDQs.
• Reviewing planogram integrity and delivering excellent customer service through GURA:
  Greet, Uncover Needs, Recommend, Add Value, and Appreciate.
• Ensuring a differentiated, legendary shopping experience.
• Providing peak coverage as needed, e.g., DAT.
• Performing other duties as assigned.

Experience in retail or merchandising is required. Knowledge of farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding is preferred. Must be 18 or older. A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred but not required; however, reading, writing, and counting skills are necessary.

• Farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding knowledge preferred.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Basic computer skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ethical issue resolution with minimal conflict.
• Self-directed with the ability to complete tasks independently.

• Mostly indoor work with moderate noise; outdoor lots are hard surfaces.
• Shifts typically no less than 4 hours, possibly exceeding 8 hours.
• Adherence to safety guidelines to promote a safe work environment.

• Ability to move, lift, push, and pull merchandise up to 50 pounds, and operate equipment safely.
• Ability to stand, kneel, reach, climb ladders, and move throughout the store for entire shifts.
• Effective communication skills and the ability to handle contact with birds/poultry.
