The Field Activity Support Team (FAST) Team Member is responsible for traveling to stores within an assigned district to own and execute “start to finish” tasks such as planograms, merchandise and fixture assembly, and signage maintenance. The FAST Team Member interacts with customers and Team Members, delivering a Legendary Customer Experience.

• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
• Work scheduled shifts, including varied hours, days, nights, and overtime as needed.
• Communicate proactively with the District FAST Supervisor regarding work progress and issues.
• Complete planograms, resets, and store layout initiatives accurately and timely.
• Maintain visual merchandise standards and perform store measurements.
• Complete cycle counts and the Tractor Way top cap process.
• Hang store signage and assemble merchandise, fixtures, and PDQs.
• Review planogram integrity and perform detailed recovery.
• Deliver Legendary Customer Service through GURA:
  Greet, Understand, Recommend, Add value, and Appreciate.
• Ensure a differentiated shopping experience for customers.
• Provide peak coverage as needed (e.g., Day After Thanksgiving).
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Prior retail and/or merchandising experience required. Knowledge in farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding is preferred. Must be 18+ with a valid driver’s license. High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required; ability to read, write, and count accurately is essential.

• Knowledge in farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
• Basic computer skills and ability to resolve issues ethically with minimal conflict.
• Self-directed with the ability to complete assignments independently.

• Indoor and outdoor environments with moderate noise; shifts generally no less than 4 hours, possibly exceeding 8 hours.
• Travel between store locations using personal vehicle; promote a safe work environment.
• Work on hard surfaces, with adequate lighting and temperature.

• Travel as needed; push/pull up to 2,000 pounds with equipment; lift or reach overhead as needed.
• Stand, kneel, twist, crouch, squat, bend, climb ladders, and operate store equipment.
• Read, write, and count accurately; communicate effectively.
• Handle and be in contact with birds/poultry.
• Operate equipment like forklifts and balers (if age-appropriate).
• Lift up to 50 pounds, move merchandise, and move throughout the store quickly and safely.
