. We are seeking entry-level, full-time sales associates in our pawn store locations nationwide.

The successful candidate will greet and interact with customers, perform sales and loan transactions, and maintain the sales floor. The ideal candidate will have a strong desire to work with people, be team-oriented, and have the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

We are seeking a Full-Time Retail Sales Associate to join our team. The successful candidate will partner with the entire staff to ensure customer service on both the lending and retail sides of the business.

• Greet and interact with all customers to develop a rapport and provide appropriate financial solutions.
• Perform non-management open/close procedures.
• Maintain the sales floor, including keeping it clean and stocked.
• Perform sales and loan transactions in accordance with established policies and procedures.
• Handle all cash and negotiable items in accordance with established policies and procedures.
• Answer incoming calls per company standards.
• Effectively communicate to customers the legal aspects of pawn and buy transactions.

• Must be willing and able to lift/carry up to 50 pounds.
• Must be willing and able to perform duties for extended periods, including standing, stooping, walking, climbing, pushing, pulling, and lifting.
• Ability to work with firearms and become firearms certified.
• Minimum Age: 18 years old.
• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
• Strong desire to work with people and be team-oriented.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
