A Deli Bakery Clerk at Carlie C's IGA focuses on prompt and friendly customer service. Courteous and cooperative with both customers and coworkers, the role maximizes sales and builds long‑term business. As a Deli/Bakery Clerk you handle everything from fried chicken to 9‑layer cakes. Preparing, serving, cooking, and cleaning are all part of the Carlie C's Bakery/Deli.

• Use scales and printer to understand tare weight.
• Use and sharpen meat/cheese slicer.
• Use chicken fryer and monitor grease.
  
  Make meals for Breakfast, Lunch, and Dinner.
• Understand portion control.
• Monitor food temperature requirements.
• Operate oven and proof box.
• Keep sales area full and rotated.
• Clean and sanitize area.
• Maintain Carlie C's Uniform Standards.
• Any and all other daily operational duties as directed by Deli/Bakery Manager.

• Must be 18 years of age, friendly and outgoing.
• Neat and clean in appearance.
• Must enjoy working with the public.
• Must be able to follow instructions.
• Experience a plus.

Salary: $16.00‑$29.00 (Fuquay‑Varina, NC); $14.00‑$27.00 or $16.00‑$29.00 (Holly Springs, NC).
