The Field Activity Support Team (FAST) Team Member is responsible for traveling to stores within an assigned district to execute tasks such as planograms, merchandise and fixture assembly, and signage maintenance. The FAST Team Member interacts with customers and team members to deliver a Legendary Customer Experience.

As a FAST Team Member, you should be flexible, adaptable, and service-oriented, capable of fulfilling the following:

• Maintain regular attendance.
• Work scheduled shifts, including varied hours, days, nights, and overtime as needed.
• Communicate proactively with your District FAST Supervisor about work progress and issues, offering solutions.
• Complete planograms, resets, and store measurements accurately and timely.
• Perform cycle counts and the Tractor Way top cap process.
• Hang signage, assemble merchandise and fixtures, and review planogram integrity.
• Deliver Legendary Customer Service through GURA:
  Greet, Uncover needs, Recommend solutions, and Add value.
• Ensure a memorable shopping experience that sets us apart.
• Provide peak coverage during special times (e.g., Day After Thanksgiving).
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Experience in retail or merchandising is required; farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding knowledge is a plus. Must be 18+, hold a valid driver’s license, and be able to read, write, and count accurately.

• Knowledge of farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding is preferred.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and computer skills.
• Interpersonal skills and ethical issue resolution.
• Self-directed with minimal supervision.

• Primarily indoor work with moderate noise; outdoor work involves hard surfaces and variable weather.
• Shifts typically start at 4 hours and can exceed 8 hours.
• Travel between store locations using personal vehicle is required.
• Adhere to safety policies to ensure a safe environment.

• Travel as needed; lift/move merchandise up to 50 pounds; operate store equipment.
• Stand, walk, reach overhead, and perform physical tasks throughout the shift.
• Handle contact with birds/poultry and complete required training.
