• Carry out in‑store visits according to Mondelez’ visit method to cover any teammate as needed.
• Order product (via iPad Tablet) for shelf and display to ensure in‑stock conditions.
• Ensure Nabisco leading brands (Oreo, Ritz, Belvita, Chips Ahoy, Triscuit, among others) are well represented, stocked, and maintained through the implementation of Mondelēz’ merchandising guidelines.
• Ensure the Sales Representative’s negotiations with store managers are being followed and communicate any issues with Mondelēz management.
• Follow the daily route planning prepared by the operations team to ensure the most efficient in‑store service.
• Enhance seasonal sales, seasonal displays, and new product launches.
• Work in conjunction with the Merchandisers to ensure inventory is fully stocked, rotated, and presentable at all times.

• Be at least 18 years of age and have a valid REAL r’s license, U.S. passport, or federal .
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Ability to perform in a fast‑paced work environment and meet defined physical activities such as repetitive lifting, bending, and carrying up to 25 lbs.
• Live within 25‑35 miles of the primary location:
  Chesapeake, VA.
• Ability to drive to secondary locations:
  Moyock, NC.
• Full schedule availability required.
• Mondelez International offers a company vehicle with a gas card and maintenance program.

• Base salary range: $31,300 to $54,400; the exact amount depends on experience, skills, education, and location.
• Eligible for a competitive bonus program based on performance.
