About the Role
The job posting is for a position in a restaurant owned and operated by an independent franchisee and not McDonald’s USA. This franchisee owns a license to use McDonald’s logos and food products. The franchisee is a separate employer from McDonald’s USA; employment matters are the responsibility of the franchisee.
Responsibilities- Lead shifts every week to ensure a fast, accurate, friendly experience for customers.
- Provide leadership to crew and other managers during a shift to ensure Quality, Service, and Cleanliness.
- Plan each shift, monitor performance, take action to meet McDonald’s standards, monitor safety, security, and profitability.
- Communicate with the next Shift Manager to help prepare them for the shift.
- Help assigned Departments meet their performance targets.

Managers lead shifts every week, making sure customers get a fast, accurate, friendly experience every visit. Shift managers must be 18 years or older to be a manager in our corporate owned and operated restaurants. Previous leadership experience is preferred, ideally within a restaurant, retail or hospitality environment. We’re looking for positive team players with a flexible schedule who like to have fun and work in a fast‑paced environment.
