The food service worker is responsible for the day‑to‑day preparation, cooking, packaging, and serving of food in Cataloochee’s "Cat Kafe". A food service worker will be expected to deal directly with the public on a daily basis.

• Serving hot food and great vibes to hungry skiers & snowboarders.
• Working the register and keeping lines moving fast.
• Keeping kitchens, counters, and dining areas clean and stocked.
• Jumping in wherever needed—because teamwork makes the mountain run.
• Delivering friendly, upbeat service all day long.

• Big energy and a positive attitude.
• Ability to keep up in a fast‑moving environment.
• Dependable, punctual, and ready to hustle.
• Comfortable standing for long periods and lifting up to 30 lbs.
• Experience is great—a we’ll train you if you bring the right attitude.

• Seasonal winter positions.
• Full‑time & part‑time schedules available.
• Must be available weekends, holidays, and peak ski days.

• Works well with others; guests/coworkers, etc.
• Able to multitask.
• Can handle a fast‑paced, potentially high‑pressure environment.
• Honesty and integrity.
• Able to handle and manage confidential information.

• Must be able and willing to work a varied schedule (weekend, holidays, and nights).
• Must be willing to report to work at the scheduled time.

• Must be able to move throughout the resort comfortably and quickly, physically.
• Must be able to stand for a long period of time.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
