Starting pay depends on experience. All Servers begin as Trainees. After training, servers receive guaranteed pay increases as they advance. Leadership roles start at Level III, with opportunities for internal promotion. Our career path extends beyond management, with many franchisees starting as cooks or servers. The opportunity to own your own business is available to all Hwy 55 employees.
