The UJMT LAUNCH D43 training program is seeking a postdoctoral trainee for international research training in Malawi. This NIH-funded program, housed within the Institute for Global Health and Infectious Diseases, has a successful track record of training U.S. and international scholars. The one-year position involves traveling to Malawi to conduct a mentored research project, participating in program activities such as the research leadership academy, developing an individual development plan, and completing responsible conduct of research training.
Minimum Education and Experience RequirementsDoctoral degree (PhD, MBBS, MBChB, MD, or equivalent)
Required Qualifications , Competencies, and ExperienceMust be a current or incoming (within the next 12 months) UJMT LAUNCH D43 fellow
Preferred Qualifications , Competencies, and ExperienceExperience conducting research in international settings and preparing manuscripts and abstracts
