As an independent contractor, you will enjoy a flexible schedule and can earn between $30-$40 per hour, based on inspections completed. Experience is not required; however, efficient time management is essential. Inspectors are responsible for reporting property conditions and verifying occupancy, often working from 2 to 30 hours per week depending on county volume.
