As a Real Estate Agent at Antalya Homes ®, you will play a key role as a trusted intermediary, connecting buyers and sellers.

• Accompany clients during property viewings
• Advise clients on the suitability and value of the properties they visit
• Present purchase offers to prospective buyers
• Assess clients’ needs and financial capacity to propose suitable solutions
• Guide clients on market conditions, negotiation processes, pricing, mortgages, legal requirements, and related matters
• Prepare necessary documentation, including contracts
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the real estate market
• Create detailed property listings, including location, features, and images
• Review purchase contracts to ensure terms are met
• Ensure fair, transparent, and honest dealings between buyers and sellers

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Proactive and a team player
• Goal-oriented, ambitious, and professional
• Interested in a long-term career with TEKCE
• Basic knowledge of the Internet, Windows, and MS Office
• Valid driver’s license
• Excellent English and fluent Russian
