RoleDescription:
Central Piedmont Urgent Care is looking for a qualified Laboratory General Supervisor for their new in-house laboratory. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced CLS/MT looking to take the next step in their career. The team is looking for a Laboratory General Supervisor. The right candidate s must have a patient first mindset and want to join an innovative organization that truly values their employees.
This is an onsite position based out of Randleman, North Carolina.
- Oversee daily lab operations
- Processing patient samples
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards
- Manage lab staff
- Monitor lab testing for accuracy
- Contribute to quality control and improvement efforts
- Maintain lab equipment
- Oversee the ordering of lab supplies
