• Full-Time
• Part-Time
• PRN (Per Diem)

• Day Shift: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
• Evening Shift: 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM
• Night Shift: 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM

Flexible scheduling options are available.

• Provide direct nursing care to residents in accordance with care plans
• Supervise and assist nursing assistants (CNAs)
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered
• Monitor residents and promptly report changes in condition
• Maintain accurate documentation and records
• Promote a safe, compassionate, and resident-centered environment

Your role as a Licensed Practical Nurse is essential to ensuring the highest level of care for every resident.

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Current LPN License in the State of North Carolina (required)
• Long-Term Care (LTC) or Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) experience preferred
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Compassionate and dependable work ethic

Very High “No Frills” Rate – $34 per hour
