Location: Nags Head
Overview
Join a dedicated healthcare team providing exceptional post-acute care in community facilities as an Advanced Practice Provider, including Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants.
Responsibilities- Coordinate and deliver patient care, conduct rounds, and collaborate with staff and physicians.
- Maintain accurate documentation, write orders, and facilitate tests and procedures.
- Ensure high-quality outcomes with compassionate communication and teamwork.
- Participate in comprehensive training, shadowing, and oversight to support professional growth.
Required: Nurse Practitioner license, DEA certification, excellent communication, empathy, organization, and prior relevant experience preferred.
