We’re looking for compassionate registered nurses who are committed to creating meaningful experiences for our patients and their families. As a registered nurse, you’ll be a voice for your patients, communicating with every stakeholder involved in the plan of care—patients, families, and the hospice care team. You’ll serve as the patient advocate, ensuring each patient receives quality care they deserve.

After‑Hours Hospice RNs hold salaried full‑time positions covering on‑call shifts from 5 pm Friday to 8 am Monday morning. You’ll be fully supported by our 24/7 RN‑staffed triage department alongside your local hospice team.

• Heart to serve patients and families, passion for providing the best possible care.
• Graduate of an accredited nursing school with a current state license as a registered nurse.
• 2+ years of nursing experience in a clinical care setting (hospice experience preferred).
• Reliable transportation and physical ability to sit, stand, bend, move intermittently and lift 80‑100 lbs.

Pay is determined by years of experience and location.
