Location: Saint Pauls

Overview

Licensed Practical Nurse – Hospice Care in Saint Paul s, North Carolina (Robeson County) with Medi Home Hospice, part of the Medical Services of America family. We are seeking an experienced LPN to join our interdisciplinary team to provide meaningful end-of-life care to patients and their families.

We believe hospice care is more than a service—it’s a mission rooted in compassion, dignity, and support. You will work under the direction of a Registered Nurse to deliver skilled, compassionate care during a pivotal life transition.

Compensation

Base pay range: $25.00/hr - $29.00/hr this range is provided by Medical Services of America. Your actual pay will be based on your skills and experience — talk with your recruiter to learn more.

2,500 SIGN-ON BONUS

What You’ll Do
  • Deliver hands-on nursing care to hospice patients as directed by the RN and physician s plan of care.
  • Provide support with daily patient needs, ensuring comfort and dignity at all times.
  • Accurately document clinical progress and assist in updating patient care plans.
  • Communicate and coordinate with families and healthcare professionals to ensure consistent, quality care.
  • Follow all agency policies, procedures, and care standards.
  • Participate in on-call rotation to maintain continuity of care.
What You Bring
  • Graduation from a certified Licensed Practical Nursing (LPN) program.
  • Active LPN license in the state of North Carolina.
  • Minimum of 1 year of clinical nursing experience; hospice experience strongly preferred.
  • Compassionate approach to care with a deep respect for patient dignity and emotional well-being.
  • Reliable transportation and required auto liability insurance.
