• Deliver patient care and coordinate with the care team.
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and colleagues.
• Document visits accurately for medical records and billing.
• Manage schedules and maintain appropriate records for billing and compliance.

• Nurse Practitioner license and DEA certification are required.
• Excellent communication skills, empathy, self-motivation, organizational abilities, and prior relevant experience.
