This position will cover both PACU & Pre Surgery. Dayshift 4 9-hour shifts M-F variable days and variable start times with call requirements.

$38.20 - $57.30

Surgical Services at Lincoln includes a modern procedural suite with three operating rooms (ORs) and two endoscopy rooms. Our surgical specialties include General Surgery, Gynecology, Urology, Orthopedics, and Neurosurgery focused on spinal procedures.

In Endoscopy, the team performs a broad range of procedures, including colonoscopies, EGDs, bronchoscopies, and select cardiology-related procedures such as loop recorder insertions, TEEs, and cardioversions.

We operate Monday through Friday, with on‑call coverage for weekends and holidays. Routine surgical volumes average approximately 270 OR cases and 350 endoscopy cases per month.

Preop/PACU staff support a fast‑paced, collaborative environment focused on high‑quality care, patient safety, and smooth perioperative workflow across all service lines.

• Completion of an accredited or approved program in nursing
• Registered Nurse license issued by the state in which the teammate practices
• Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers certification issued by the American Heart Association
• ACLS required
• Previous ICU, PACU or ER nursing experience strongly preferred

• As a skilled and compassionate RN, you will play a pivotal role in providing and coordinating comprehensive patient care through the nursing process to deliver safe, therapeutic care in accordance with established standards, policies, and procedures.
• Using evidence‑based practice, clinical decision‑making, compassion, and skills communication while leading efforts to create the safest patient environment and the best patient experience across the continuum.

This award‑winning, 101‑bed hospital was designed with the community in mind. The facility opened in 2010, replacing a family farm. History from this farm can be seen and found on the campus today. 300,000 reclaimed bricks from a local mill, Belding‑Hausman Mill, were placed into the exterior of the hospital and represent the dedication to the community they serve.

The campus also has a 1.2‑mile public walking trail that encircles the campus, winding past ponds and through natural wooded areas left intact on the land. Two medical office buildings that house many provider offices and offer medical services that serve the community can also be found on Atrium Health Lincoln's campus.
