• Lead and manage the Anesthesia Team, ensuring high-quality patient care and team collaboration.
• Provide anesthesia for inpatient procedures while adhering to best practice protocols and safety standards.
• Demonstrate clinical competency within the scope of granted privileges and maintain up-to-date competencies.
• Collaborate with diverse clinical teams, communicating effectively in both verbal and written formats.

• Graduation from an Accredited Nurse Anesthesia Program;
  Master’s Degree or higher required.
• Registered Nurse licensure from the State of North Carolina and current certification or recertification as a Nurse Anesthetist by the National Board.
• Current CPR certification – ACLS, BLS.
• Ability to demonstrate clinical competency within the scope of granted privileges.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for effective collaboration with clinical teams.

• Work/Life Balance:
  Mix of 8‑hour and 10‑hour schedules.
• CME Reimbursement:
  Up to $2,500 and up to 5 additional PTO days/year.
• Generous PTO:
  Accrual starts at 25 days/year for vacations, sickness, holidays, and personal matters.
• Parental Leave:
  Six weeks paid maternity leave and four weeks paid parental leave.
• Retirement:
  Up to 6% employer‑paid retirement contributions.
• Sign‑On Bonus:
  Up to $100,000 in recruitment incentives (subject to eligibility).
• Transition Bonus:
  Up to $7,500 in transition assistance.
• SRNA Education Assistance:
  Monthly assistance payments up to $12,000 for student anesthetists (subject to eligibility).
• Competitive Pay Range: $112.40 – $179.85 per hour, based on qualifications and experience.
• Shift, on‑call, and incentive pay opportunities; potential for annual performance increases.
