Job Description:
Are you an experienced Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) looking for a rewarding opportunity in Nags Head, North Carolina? We have an exciting 13-week assignment available for an LPN to join our team on the night shift.
Responsibilities:
- Provide skilled nursing care to patients under the supervision of a registered nurse.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the physician.
- Monitor patient vital signs and report any changes or concerns.
- Assist with patient assessments and care planning.
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
Qualifications:
- Active North Carolina Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license.
- Strong clinical skills and knowledge of nursing practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
