• Oversee daily operations of the medical unit, ensuring smooth coordination of care.
• Support and guide nursing staff, fostering teamwork and excellence in clinical performance.
• Partner with providers to develop, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans.
• Uphold ethical and professional nursing standards in every patient interaction.
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with facility and state guidelines.
