Overview
Atrium Health Wake Forest Baptist invites a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) to join the Inpatient Anesthesia Team in Winston-Salem, NC. This is a full-time, benefits-eligible role with varied schedule options and competitive pay range.

Pay Range: $97.75 - $156.40

- Provide anesthesia using safe and quality techniques during Inpatient Procedures
- Potential to precept Student Nurse Anesthetists and mentor medical students
- Apply clinical decision-making to determine appropriate peri-operative and anesthesia care, considering co-morbidities and age
- Collaborate with the medical team for effective team-based care; uphold patient safety and quality improvement; promote infection prevention
- Document and maintain patient records per hospital standards; ensure confidentiality
- Maintain scheduling flexibility, readiness, and punctuality to deliver timely patient care
- Exhibit professionalism through teamwork and ongoing professional development
- Contribute to cost containment by conserving resources
- Performs other related duties as assigned
- Clinician functions under licensing regulations with credentialing from the institution
- Graduation from an Accredited Nurse Anesthesia Program;
Master’s Degree or higher required - RN licensure in North Carolina; current NBCRNA certification
- Current CPR; ACLS, BLS
- Clinical competency within granted privileges
- Strong verbal and written communication skills for effective collaboration with diverse clinical teams
