Registered Nurse (RN), ICU — Haywood Regional Medical Center – Clyde, NC

ICU with a $20,000 sign-on bonus for night shift with a 2-year commitment.

Schedule:

3x12s, Night Shift (7p-7a), Rotating Weekends.

• Comprehensive patient assessments and monitoring of critical conditions
• Administration of specialized treatments and nursing interventions
• Documentation relevant to medical necessity in the medical record
• Establish and revise the Interdisciplinary Care Plan for each patient
• Perform timely and accurate quality improvement assessments

• Current Registered Nurse licensure in North Carolina or a compact state
• AHA Basic Life Support (BLS) required within 30 days of hire
• AHA Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) and Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) required within six months of hire
• One year of experience preferred
• Critical thinking, decisive judgment, and ability to work with minimal supervision
