$15,000 Sign‑On Bonus for Day Shift with a 2‑year commitment

Schedule: 3 × 12‑hour shifts, Day Shift, Holidays and Weekends Required

Join our team in a 12‑bed Intensive Care Unit (ICU). Staffed with RNs and Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs), our ICU operates with a 1:2 nurse‑to‑patient ratio. We offer Telehealth intensivists for immediate support and manage a diverse range of diagnoses including respiratory failure, cardiovascular disease, sepsis, and diabetic keto acidosis (DKA). This position provides an opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where teamwork, critical thinking, and compassionate care are paramount.

• Accurately perform patient assessments and identify patient needs.
• Identify and initiate appropriate nursing interventions.
• Provide care appropriate to patient condition and age.
• Perform timely and appropriate documentation in the medical record.
• Complete and revise the Interdisciplinary Care Plan for each patient.
• Conduct timely and accurate QI assessments.

Applicants should have a current Registered Nurse licensure in the State of North Carolina or from a compact state.

Additional requirements:

• AHA Basic Life Support certification required within 30 days of hire.
• AHA ACLS and PALS certifications required within six months of hire.
• One year of experience preferred.
• Requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgment and the ability to work with minimal supervision. Must be able to work in a stressful environment and take appropriate action.
