As the Director of Nursing Services
, you will oversee all aspects of the Nursing Department, ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local regulations. You will collaborate with the Administrator and Medical Director to maintain the highest standards of care.

• Plan, organize, and direct nursing services
• Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines
• Lead and mentor nursing staff
• Implement infection control and quality assurance programs
• Foster a positive, team-oriented environment

• Current, active RN license in North Carolina (or compact state)
• Minimum 2 years of nurse leadership experience in a skilled nursing facility
• Strong knowledge of nursing practices, regulations, and infection control
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
