- Day Shift – 3-4 RN’s (1 CNC/CN, 2-3 RN’s)
- Night Shift – 3 RN’s (1 CNC/CN, 2 RN’s)

• Patient Ratios – 1:1 Labor/Induction; 4(up to
6):1 Postpartum

• Type of equipment – Computer, Fetal Monitor, IV pump, Infant warmer
Must have: candidates without these skills will not be considered for the role.

• 2 years Labor and Delivery experience

• Postpartum Couplet Care

• ACLS, BLS, NRP, AWHONN
