Samaritan's Purse is seeking a Site Leadership Team Coordinator (Disaster Relief Workers) to join our team in North Wilkesboro, NC
. You can be a part of a highly professional North American Disaster Relief team. In this role, you will support the North American Disaster Relief and U.S. Rebuild departments by overseeing and serving in the daily functions of Disaster Relief Workers (DRWs). A day in the life of a Site Leadership Team Coordinator (DRW):

In the role of Site Leadership Team Coordinator (DRW), you will have the opportunity to:

  • Maintain your personal relationship with Jesus Christ and be an effective witness for Him.
  • Support the DRW Specialist by assisting with the DRW Activation Tracker and DRW timesheets, communicating with HR Staff as needed, monitoring timesheet activity, clearing exceptions, and ensuring issues are reported/resolved.
  • Assist in the facilitation orientation, coordinating travel, attending orientation and helping with the hands-on timesheet sessions.
  • Assist with the DRW hiring process, ensuring all requirements are met and approvals received to proceed forward.
  • Support non‑SLT DRW time entry, approvals, and follow‑up. These include, but are not limited to Alaska Projects, U.S. Rebuild, DART Assist to NAM, and HQ Assist DRWs.
  • Assist with travel compensation requests, DRW onboarding, and ongoing logistical needs.
  • Assist the Site Leadership Team Coordinator as needed during times of disaster response. This would include the coordination of people, as well as administrative and logistical support.
  • Bachelor's degree (B.A.) and one (1) to two (2) years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of experience and education.
  • General knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Exhibit public speaking and presentation skills.
  • Able to effectively communicate with individuals from a wide range of demographics.
  • Able to handle multiple assignments and complete complex jobs under deadline pressure.
  • Able to work well independently or as part of a team.
  • Twelve credit hours of college‑level Biblical Studies preferred, not required.
