Our Mocksville plant doesn’t just build equipment – we power industries. As the largest manufacturing site within our Compression Division, this facility produces a full line of rotary screw and centrifugal air compressors that keep operations running across the globe. We are seeking a Production Planner who thrives in a high‑velocity manufacturing environment – someone who can orchestrate complexity, balance shifting priorities, and keep products moving with precision and confidence.
Step into this fast‑moving operation where collaboration across teams is strong and success is shared. In this role, you will be at the center of it all – coordinating, scheduling, and releasing incoming orders ranging from engineered units to standard configurations and refurbishments. You will ensure accurate order configuration, interpret and validate complex BOMs, assign ship‑dates using Oracle ATP tools, and align production schedules across operations to drive on‑time delivery.
Your decisions will directly influence production flow, customer commitments, and overall operational performance.
The ideal candidate is a highly organized, self‑motivated manufacturing planning professional who understands complex Bills of Materials (BOMs) and confidently translates them into accurate, executable production plans. They are advanced in Microsoft Excel and related tools, using data to drive precise scheduling and informed decision‑making. Experienced with ERP systems such as Oracle or SAP, they leverage system functionality to align production, assign ship dates, and maintain momentum.
They thrive in high‑volume environments, multitask with discipline, communicate proactively across teams, and take full ownership of delivery performance.
If you’re energized by coordination, precision, and driving operational excellence, and you’re looking to be part of a plant where collaboration is strong and opportunity is real – this is your moment.
