Schedule:

2nd Shift – 3:00 PM to 1:30 AM (Mon – Thurs). Optional overtime on Fridays. Training: 1‑week mentorship. Benefits:

Established large manufacturer in Zebulon, NC is seeking production machine operators.

• Operate production machines to create and trim plastic parts.
• Make machine adjustments to meet product specs and reduce downtime.
• Perform visual inspections of parts.
• Set up machinery as directed by shift lead.
• Read and apply quality documents and product specifications.

• 1+ year in manufacturing or entry‑level with strong work ethic.
• 6+ months of machine operation experience preferred.
• Reliable transportation and strong attendance history.
• Able to lift 10 lbs frequently and up to 40 lbs occasionally.
• Willing to learn injection molding machinery and quality standards.
• Comfortable using hand and power tools.
• Able to work on your feet for up to 10 hours/day.
• Team player with a problem‑solving mindset.
• English or Spanish language skills required.
