• Lead plant operations (during night shifts) to ensure safe and efficient production.
• Coordinate and direct team members to achieve operational goals.
• Monitor equipment performance and assist with troubleshooting and minor repairs.
• Maintain accurate production records and ensure compliance with company policies.

• Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check.
• Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing.

• Role operates primarily in environments with moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise levels.

• Competitive hourly range: $23.68 to $34.28 per hour
