Genesis Products is seeking an experienced Quality Inspector for our fabrication manufacturing plant specializing in wood panel processing. The ideal candidate will be responsible for:

• Product Inspections:
  Conduct detailed inspections of raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods to ensure they meet company quality standards and customer specifications.
• Defect Identification and Reporting:
  Identify defects such as dimensional inaccuracies, surface imperfections, or material inconsistencies and document findings accurately.
• Testing and Measurement:
  Use measurement tools (e.g., calipers, micrometers, tape measures) to verify product dimensions and tolerances.
• Process Monitoring:
  Monitor production processes to ensure adherence to quality control protocols and recommend adjustments when necessary.
• Collaboration with Teams:
  Work closely with production operators, supervisors, and teammates to address quality concerns and implement solutions.
• Compliance with Standards:
  Ensure all inspection activities comply with company policies, safety standards, and industry regulations.

• Quality Control Expertise:
  Proven experience in quality inspection within a manufacturing or wood panel processing environment.
• Measurement Tools Proficiency:
  Skilled in using tools such as calipers, micrometers, tape measures, or other precision instruments for inspections.
• Attention to Detail:
  Strong ability to identify defects or deviations from specifications with accuracy and consistency.
