About the RoleResponsible for ensuring that all food quality processes support the company's compliance with food safety standards.
Key Responsibilities- Provide production support for all aspects of the Dole quality process.
- Perform quality checks, including verifying bag seals, oxygen levels, proportions, bag weights, raw materials, and finished goods.
- Inspect equipment to ensure accuracy. Maintain reports and log entries in the system.
- Conduct food safety checks to meet all critical control points.
- Adjust "Hold" statuses as required for raw materials, in-process items, and finished goods.
- Other duties may be assigned by your supervisor.

Ability to work hands-on in a fast-paced, team-oriented food processing environment. Must be able to work independently with limited supervision. Regular and acceptable attendance is required, along with the ability to follow directions and interact well with co-workers. Must understand and follow the posted work rules and procedures. Flexibility to work any shift as needed based on workload demands. Must have hands-on experience working in a fast-paced, team-oriented food processing environment.

- Skills:
Work is performed in a cool environment with an average temperature of 34 degrees
F. Concentrated chlorine and concealed ammonia may be present. Work surfaces and floors may be wet. Employees are required to wear approved shoes and protective equipment. Must be able to lift up to 10 lbs unassisted up to 1/3 of the workday, and 6 lbs overhead as job demands. Constant standing on a concrete floor, reaching, bending, stooping, and repetitive hand movements may be required.
Moving machinery, including conveyor and forklifts, are in operation in the immediate area.
First and second shift - Ability to work overtime as needed. Some weekends are required.
Experience, Education and Pay- Experience &
Education:
High School Diploma or GED. - Pay Rate: $18.40 per hour plus 0.45 shift differential
