- Sun-Wed 5AM-3PM
- Wed-Sat 5AM-3PM
- M-W 12PM-12AM
- Thu-Sat 2PM-2AM
- Thu-Sat 11AM-11PM
- Mon-Wed 5PM-5AM (overnights)
- Shift differential available for some shifts

Role SummaryBrewer is responsible for following established processes and completing day-to-day activities to make high-quality beer.
Job Responsibilities- Follow SOPs and maintain high quality standards in all areas of beer production.
- Produce high-quality wort.
- Maintain a clean, sanitary, and presentable work environment through CIP procedures.
- Daily management of yeast health and fermentations.
- Yeast harvesting, barrel stabilization and maintenance, racking in and out of barrels.
- Standard cellar work, including pH monitoring, gravities, crash schedule, etc.
- Dry hopping and adjunct processing.
- Setup and tear down of piping assemblies (hard and soft).
- Carbonate beer and prepare it for packaging.
- Organize and collect records.
- Performs routine maintenance on equipment and infrastructure.
- Ensure safety procedures are adhered to throughout the brewery.
- Willingness to assist other departments as needed (brewhouse, cellar, packaging, maintenance, QA/QC lab and events).
- Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, dress code and professional behavior.
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- A diploma or Certificate in Brewing or Fermentation Sciences from a recognized brewing school and/or 1-3 years minimum professional brewing experience.
- Ability to safely operate a forklift.
- Formal brewing education or 1-year professional brewing experience with minimum 3,000 bbl annual production.
- Knowledge of beer styles and sensory analysis.
- Ability to support day-to-day activities necessary in wort and beer production.
- Can lift 55 lbs+ repeatedly.
- Ability to stand for prolonged periods.
- Understand safe work practices and the use of PPE.
- Maintain a flexible schedule including early mornings, evenings, and weekends.
- Ability to accurately keep records and follow standard operating procedures.
- Mechanical aptitude and self-motivation with good time-management skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, Google Docs, and related technology.
- Ability to maintain a clean and organized workspace.
- Ability to frequently lift and/or move objects weighing up to 55 lbs and occasionally up to 160 lbs.
