As we continue being 'Here for you’, we’re looking for a Maintenance Technician - 12hr Night Shift (6:45pm - 7am, 2-2-3) to join our Production & Manufacturing team.
Responsibilities- Performs preventative, predictive, and reactive maintenance duties on the production equipment as needed to minimize downtime.
- Support and follow the site’s Preventive Maintenance Schedule.
- Monitor, identify and respond promptly to signs of malfunction in machinery such as changes in performance.
- Perform repairs on various types of machinery, including mechanical, pneumatic, electric, and hydraulic.
- Identify and replace worn or damaged parts in a timely manner.
- Read and comply with work orders concerning service, modification or installation of machinery.
- Use a variety of power and hand tools to perform job functions.
- Maintain a schedule for inspection, service, and testing of machinery.
- Observe and follow all company safety rules and regulations.
- Train others.
- Collaborate with the Maintenance Manager, maintenance team, machine operators and engineers to ensure machines perform to standard.
The role involves facing varying situations where identification of the issue, applying judgement, and selecting an appropriate solution from existing knowledge is required.

The Maintenance Technician must have a high school diploma or equivalent GED.
Prior ExperienceThe Maintenance Technician must have two years related experience.
Technical SkillsThe Maintenance Technician should have mechanical and computer skills, be technically inclined, and be able to properly utilize tools and machinery.
Physical RequirementsThe ability to perform light to moderate lifting up to 55 lbs, stand for extended periods, walk in the production facility, manipulate small parts, and have adequate vision and color perception. Minor stooping, bending, sitting, reaching and crouching as needed.
Problem Solving and TroubleshootingAbility to recognize a problem and determine root causes through a logical, repeatable process; think quickly and systematically to resolve issues.
