Production Assembly

Responsibilities

• Assemble finished products according to specifications.
• Perform functional testing and quality inspections on completed assemblies.
• Package finished products and prepare them for shipment.
• Operate hand tools and power tools (e.g., hand drivers, soldering) safely and effectively.
• Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work area.
• Follow all work instructions including standard work.

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Basic knowledge of electrical/electronic principles and components.
• Ability to read and follow written instructions and blueprints.
• Experience with hand tools, power tools, and soldering preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
