Job DescriptionWe seek an Inventory Control Specialist to support warehouse operations at our Wendell facility. The role involves conducting cycle counts, comparing inventory logs using SAP, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives. The position is on‑site, 2nd shift, with a focus on accuracy, safety, and team collaboration.

Responsibilities- Safely operate stand‑up reach trucks, order pick Grou ers, and sit‑down forklifts in high‑traffic and narrow‑aisle areas, performing daily equipment inspections.
- Collaborate with peers, factory personnel, and auditors toאַ ensure inventory accuracy and support warehouse operations.
- Plan, organize, and audit parts/locations; analyze and resolve discrepancies; and initiate corrective actions when needed.
- Reconcile inventory records, maintain statistical data, and communicate findings effectively.
- Serve as backup for employees on leave, work independently with minimal supervision while supporting continuous‑improvement initiatives.
- Prioritize safety, maintain a positive attitude, demonstrate high attention to detail, meet deadlines, and work well as part of a team.
- 3+ years of experience in a warehouse environment, including inventory control processes.
- 3+ years of experience with forklifts, order pickers, and stand‑up.
- Experience with SAP system, RF scanner devices, and MS Office applications.
- Ability to occasionally lift parts or sub‑assemblies weighing up to 50 lbs.
- Basic proficiency in English, including reading, writing, and speaking.
