Supervisor Operations – Mayo Plant

• Execute work plans for unit operations, including generation, scrubber, environmental emissions control, and material handling.
• Perform routine maintenance of plant equipment and systems.
• Commit to and execute work schedules, providing oversight to ensure on‑time delivery.
• Maintain safety, environmental compliance, productivity, and quality standards.
• Identify and address workplace barriers.
• Communicate organization plans and direction effectively.
• Lead the work group, manage employee development and performance.
• Serve as the senior on‑site leader during nights and weekends.

• Associate’s degree with a minimum of 3 years related work experience, or
• High school diploma/GED with a minimum of 7 years related experience.

• Strong computer skills and ability to use various applications.
• Effective oral and written communication skills.
• Working knowledge of operating fundamentals and principles of generating station systems.
• Demonstrated leadership skills.
• Financial analysis skills.
• At least 3 years of prior supervisory experience.
• 5–7 years of plant operations experience.

• On‑site; plant and office environments; exposure to heat, cold, noise, dust, and humidity.
• May require climbing ladders, stairs, entering vessels, or walking, stooping, bending, or squatting.
• Requires reading, comprehension, inspection, calculation, and decision making.
• Requires sitting, talking, hearing, reaching with hands, arms, and fingers.
• Potential exposure to high‑stress situations and emergency response duties.

• Must be respirator qualified.
