Base pay range: $18.00/hr - $22.00/hr actual pay based on skills and experience.

We are looking for a Saw Operator to join our Team in our Youngsville, NC location. This will be a 3rd shift position from Sunday to Thursday, 8:30 pm – 5:00 am.

• Maintain the operation of the BACA machine.
• Stage and position product on the machine.
• Inspect and align correct tooling.
• Unload the machine with quality checks.
• Physically lift and move substantial parts.
• Utilize overhead pneumatic vacuum lift to move parts.
• Achieve production results by working with the BACA team.

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• No experience required; training will be provided.

• Ability to get along well with people and be energized by a fast‑paced work environment.
• Ability to consistently follow standard operating procedures.
• Ability to work under conditions with changing priorities, short deadlines, and multiple work assignments.
• Ability to understand and follow oral and written instructions.
• Detail oriented and a self‑starter.
• Willingness and ability to bring a positive, problem‑solving approach to work every day.
• Willing to work overtime, as needed.

• Must be able to stand for long periods of time and/or move while performing job duties; must be able to bend, stoop or reach when performing job duties.
• Must be able to regularly lift and/or move up to 30 pounds; infrequently lift and/or move up to 75 pounds.
• Requires repetitive motion using hands and arms.
• Must have dexterity of hand and fingers to operate equipment.
• Exposure to pollutants, gases, dust, fumes, odors, poor ventilation, etc.
• Ability to use a respirator and pass a respirator fit test.
• Temperature ranges from 65 to 95 °F; may be exposed to low and high humidity and adverse shop elements possibly being disagreeable. Noise level may be somewhat loud.
• Work in this occupation involves use of protective items such as safety shoes, glasses, gloves, hearing protection.
