Shop Metal Fabricator

Typical Duties

• Lay out patterns and fabricate for sheet metal reducers, square to rounds, laterals, WY's and elbows. (Carbon, galvanized and stainless steel.)
• Lay out galvanize ductwork.
• Fabricate stainless steel (16 gauge) conveyor hoods and chutes.
• Fabricate miscellaneous items such as guards, screens, covers and pans.
• Measure, fabricate and install products.
• Mentor less experienced fabricators.

Qualifications

• Must be able to work 8 to 10 hour days.
• May be required to work some weekends and holidays.
• Tig welding is a plus.
