Glen Raven is recruiting for a Section Leader who will help lead a shift to ensure smooth operations. The position adds value by supporting the company’s commitment to the highest level of production, quality, safety, and teamwork, ensuring that the process runs efficiently.

This is a 12‑hour night (2‑2‑3 schedule) position with a base rate of $26.10 plus a $1.00 shift premium.

• Combination of education and experience acceptable
• Prior supervisory experience preferred
• Ability to use computer efficiently
• Ability to work in a team‑oriented environment and adapt to changes
• Willing to work a rotating schedule and weekends
• Ability to lift 50 lbs, walk, sit and stand for long periods
• Normal or corrected hearing and vision

• Previous experience in textile manufacturing preferred
• High School Diploma preferred
