Manufacturing Equipment Technician

Overview

We are seeking a dependable and experienced Maintenance Technician to join our team. This position supports daily production by performing routine and emergency maintenance across the facility to ensure safe, efficient, and reliable operations.

• Perform preventive and reactive maintenance on equipment including (but not limited to) injection mold machines, hot stamp machines, hydraulic and mechanical presses, and other critical machinery
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, plumbing, and hydraulic issues
• Respond to maintenance work orders in a timely manner
• Maintain accurate records of work performed and parts used
• Assist with facility upgrades and special projects as needed
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies

• High school diploma or GED required; technical/vocational training preferred
• 2+ years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing or industrial facility preferred
• Strong knowledge of hydraulic, pneumatic, and basic electrical systems
• Ability to read schematics and use power tools/equipment safely
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs and work in various conditions (hot/cold)

• Basic PLC troubleshooting or programming
• Experience with CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System)
• Certifications in LOTO, Arc Flash, and/or Forklifts are a plus

The salary range for this position (in local currency) is 18.81 - 36.73 /hr
