Facility Building Maintenance Manager

About The Role

Voltage is seeking an experienced Maintenance Manager to oversee daily preventive and corrective maintenance activities, coordinate external contractors, ensure regulatory compliance, and maintain a safe and operational environment for employees and visitors. This role combines technical expertise and strong leadership to drive a culture of accountability, proactive maintenance, and continuous improvement in partnership with Production, Quality, EHS, and Engineering.

• Oversee and perform preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance for the building infrastructure.
• Leadership experience managing technicians or supervisors.
• Lead and develop a high-performing maintenance team.
• Oversee HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire protection, and security systems.
• Drive preventive & predictive maintenance and eliminate unplanned downtime.
• Ensure OSHA/EPA compliance, lead safety programs, and maintain LOTO, SOPs, and JSAs.
• Manage contractors, budgets, spare parts, and capital/outage planning.
• Respond to facility emergencies and keep the plant running safely 24/7.

• GED/High School Diploma plus 8–10+ years of relevant maintenance experience (including 2+ years of leadership) or
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electromechanical, or Electrical Engineering with 5+ years of relevant maintenance experience and 2+ years of leadership experience
• 5–10+ years facility/building maintenance experience + strong technical expertise.
• Leadership experience managing technicians or supervisors.
• Strong background in HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and building safety systems.
• Experience with CMMS, PM planning, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement (RCA, FMEA, CAPA).
• Solid understanding of OSHA/EPA and electrical/machine safety
