• Supervise and direct the electrical work in logical steps and budget time required to meet deadlines.
• Coordinate with other trades to ensure compliance with the overall project schedule and contract documents.
• Assist the Field Operation Manager with the review process for both employees and associates.
• Create and maintain the schedule related to current projects, including the organization of current crews and manpower projections.
• Develop a field organization chart for the project in collaboration with the Project Manager and Field Operation Manager.
• Update the schedule and manpower projection weekly with the Project Manager and Field Operation Manager.
• Set and track measurable production goals on projects for individuals and crews with the Field Operation Manager.
• Create and maintain a material management and logistics plan related to current projects, including determining material needs and organizing materials.
• Develop and implement the materials management and jobsite logistics plan prior to the project starting.
• Create and maintain a safety plan related to current projects, including daily reports, PPE management, and accident management.
• Work with the Onsite Safety Manager to develop a safety plan specific to the project.
• Create and maintain a QA/QC plan related to current projects, including compliance with specifications and codes.
• Develop a QA/QC plan for the project in collaboration with the Onsite QA/QC Manager.
• Lead layout efforts for BIM and review drawings throughout the process to ensure quality control.
• Create and maintain a pre-fabrication plan related to current projects, including managing delivery and installation schedules.

• High School Graduate or General Education Degree (G.E.D).
• OSHA 30 Certification.
• Licensure as an electrician or 4-10 years of related experience or equivalent knowledge and experience.
